Pre-chat - see what other side is typing before they hit enter

there's other chat programs that offer this solution, this is my most desired feature. Before the customer hits enter, we can actually see what they are actually typing so we can have a change to prepare the answer before they hit enter. BEST IDEA EVER.

        As someone who fields as many as 10-12 chats at a time, I'm happy just seeing the "now typing" feature so I know a chat is about to have a new post. I think an important part of doing great customer service is really listening to what visitor is saying and now trying to formulate your answer before they are even done asking it.

        Seems a little creepy to me, but I could see why you'd want to do that :-) Maybe if we launch an operator console we'll experiment with it.
