Delete/classify/rate specific Transcripts

Would be great to be able to :

- delete a specific transcript to only keep important transcripts.

- rate or classify a transcript to indicate there is a great insight in this conversation and which kind of insight.

        I should be able to delete a specific transcript. Sometimes this is needed for data protection purposes, which is a legal requirement in the UK under English law.
