Optional Name and E-mail Entry
I propose that you have an additional setting for Optional Name and E-mail entry on the chat form so that those who would like to do so can and that those who would prefer not to can opt out from doing that. This would also go along well with the transcript idea that you have started developing in that a customer could be enticed to enter this information if they wanted a transcript but could still opt out if it they are uncomfortable listing their information.

Templates for answering chats
I would like to see the ability to store and call up template answers in to the chat box to speed up interaction (links, common responses, signagurtes, phone numbers) .

Make dashboard iPhone friendly
I would like to downgrade my account to a free one. You guys did invoice me for 12 months on my creditcard. I wasn't aware of that.
Now i would like to downgrade and make a notice mentions above but on my iPhone i didn t see 'downgrade' button and i also could not select 'recommed to à friend'.
So i tried this feedback form.

Let me add users without the big jump in plan price
Our company has two founders, but not much money...we could really do with two user accounts but can really only afford 1.
Can you make these like $5 ad-dons or something?

[Feature request] Forward transcript
I would like to be able to mail a conversation transcript to a colleague.
Please could you add an option on the transcript page to 'Email this transcript', with the option to stick in an email address?
I could copy-paste it into an email, but this could make things really quick for us, and I'm sure that you would make the email look nice, etc.

Direct Chat Routing
The ability to directly route chats to a specific person. Good for company profile pages or to connect people directly to their Account Manager if they are available.

Pull data from ClientExec
There is some great integration with CE already but it would be nice to be able to see the same level of integration as zendesk.

Integration with Drop Box
I'd love to be able to send someone a company overview, or a standard contract or something similar via drop box while on chat

time tracking and freshbooks
I'd like to be able to time chats that become support requests, and then push that data into freshbooks (via zen desk is fine)

pictures of operators
small picture/avator of operators
in this company, I meet dozens of people at shows, and they meet me too, but its hard to remember names, easier to remember face and I can probably sell them harder this way

There is a problem with your javascript
We have olark installed on our site and several people are complaining that they get a javascript "stop script" error fairly frequently. I have a screenshot - please contact me for more details. Thanks!

Track the log-on time of each Operator.
We would like to be able to see each operator's On and Off time.

Operators by invitation shouldn't be admins
When creating an operator by invitation they should not be an "admin" by default. I consider this a security risk.

Attention grabber
-- Please add an optional time out to remove the attention grabber from the screen
-- "Unbundle" the closing of the attention grabber and the closing of the chat window

Add a "Remember Me" option to the login
I view chat transcripts very often and it is a mild inconvenience to have to log in every time I want to view them. I would like to have a direct link to them in my bookmarks toolbar but this is currently not an option without a persistent login.

Return tags with the webhooks data.
Only thing we get back is the fact that it was marked as !lead.

More fields when starting a chat
It would be great to have more form fields, so we can ask to our customers for their basic and common information such as Name, EMail, Company, Phone when starting a chat. I think that could be good for everyone, and also if we can have the ability to customize this fields would even greater
